Place was decent and a short walk to a performing arts theater. Hosts were welcoming and pleasant, even gave us room with a seaview. The studio suite was compact.
The bathroom was a bit small.

Everything was excellent, nothing to complain about, had a very nice stay. Incredible & incredible location close enough to beach, the sea front and all amenities and shops. Staff of our accommodation was pretty friendly and pretty friendly.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair. It met required needs.

the room was lovely and good sized. touristic places like natureland seal sanctuary were really close to our hotel. train station skegness was less than 15 minutes walk away.
